Notice is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Kirknewton Community Development Trust will take place by ZOOM on the 3rd March 2022 at 6.00 pm. This Notice is being distributed by email.

Invitations to the ZOOM meeting webspace will be distributed on the 25th February to all Members of the Company, who already have or have by the 23rd February provided their current email address to Stephanie Paterson on stephkirknewton@gmail.com.

Please note that membership of KCDT is open to everyone over the age of 16 who lives within the Kirknewton Community Council area. Membership is free!

The Directors do not feel that it would be appropriate to gather the Members of the Company under one roof until the longer-term implications of the COVID 19 pandemic are clearer, while re-iterating their determination to return to physical meetings as soon as it it sensibly possible.

I have attached a copy of the agenda for the forthcoming AGM
